prosecution

the act or process of holding a trial against a person who is accused of a crime to see if that person is guilty

defense

the act of defending someone or something from attack

evidence

something that used to support an argument, gives an ex. of why it is true

arguments

reason given for or against a matter under discussion

guilty

responsibility for a crime or for doing something bad or wrong

innocent

not guilty for that crime, having no knowledge of the unpleasant and evil things in life, or not intended to cause harm

attorneys final statement to the judge or jury in a trial. it's the concluding statement of each party's counsel and is made before deliberating begins
