Kyp begins to take notes on a piece of paper. He has the writing of a human toddler, but it gets the point across.

At the same time, an alarm on the ship goes off. A cacophony of shrill beeping and a robotic voice saying "holocall from dad" reverberate through the spaceship.
Kyp gets up, limps over to the problem, and begins kicking metal piping.
Veronica continues

He holds up a finger before pulling out Brochure #1, a small vacation home with an attached greenhouse on Pluto.

Pluto? I don't think so. While I see the draw of being on the outskirts of the Milky Way and I love that greenhouse, it seems really lonely. Maybe something a little bit closer.

Kyp digs through his stack of brochures again before finding a small domed living quarters on the moon. It also has an attached dome for where a greenhouse could be.

Wow. Our minds must be on the same wavelength. I was just thinking about lunar property.

Kyp grabs another piece of paper, handing it to Veronica. What he didn't realize is that that was a note from his daughter back home begging him to come back.
Veronica considers the note.
VERONICA SCOTT
I didn't know you were bonded. Must not have been
