When there is a UPS/Fedex box with an address name that has sample on it, what is the process we need to do?
1.Make sure to write the vendor and carrier and name address to in the sample paper.

3.Email the name address to and see if they want it to a certain department.

2. Print the PO
3. Unload the truck
4. Weigh the pallets
5. Put pallets into the receiving area.
6. Check the Quantity of the paper and the PO and weights.

2. Weight the material.
3. Check quantity and compound numbers with papers and PO.
4. If OK, Sign papers.
5. Bring Samples to Lab.
6. Once Approved by lab, Send papers to Email, and send to Foreman and Francisco as well as Randy.
What is the process when we receive RMA's?
UPS Ground or Freight usually Drop off.

2. Make sure there is a weight.
3. If no weight weigh the pallet or material.
4. Check to see if there is a RMA slip, if not search

-If damaged, take picture and notify Indra and driver.
