2. As coordinator you are responsible for submitting the coordinator form- whether it is a service, fellowship, or leadership event- WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER THE EVENT!!!

A formal proposal put to a legislative body (in our case, the brotherhood).

Steps of How to Make a Motion? MUST MEMORIZE HOW TO MOTION

1. Obtain the floor (usually done by raising your hand)
2. State the motion "I MOVE TO..."
3.Wait for the motion to be seconded
4. SAA will repeat the motion and call for discussion
5. Open discussion among brotherhood
6. Floor is closed or motion is made

A point of order is raised whenever an unparliamentary or disorderly procedure.
Is brought up to basically dismiss any point, statement, speech, or story that is not relevant to the discussion at hand, that point will be VOIDED
