Indirect Supervision

The dentist is in the office, authorizes the procedures and remains in the office while the procedure is performed by an allied dental personal

Direct Supervision

the dentist is in the office, personally diagnoses and authorizes the procedure and before dismissal of the patient checks the work of the allied dental personal

Personal Supervision

The dentist is personally operating on a patient and authorizes allied dental personal to help

Perform preliminary charting of the oral cavity and surrounding structures to include case histories, perform initial and periodic exams and assessments to determine perio status and formulate a dental hygiene treatment pan in coordination with the dentis
