What are the levels of organization?
The chemical level, cellular level, tissue level, organ level, system level, and the organism level
Chemical (or Molecular) level
Atoms are the smallest chemical units. Molecules are a group of atoms working together.
Cellular level
Cells are a group of atoms, molecules, and organelles working together
Tissue level
A group of similar cells working together. Four basic types of tissues: epithelial, connective, muscular, and nervous.
Organ level
A group of different tissues working together.
Systemic level
Organs interact in organ system.
Organism level
organ systems make up an organism. Human. Highest level.
Tissue level
Two or more cell types cooperate to perform a common function.
