When lines created by the sides of tables or building look like that are pointing to the distance and they all meet at one point on the horizon. Uses one vanishing point
Two-point perspective
The lines look like they are meeting at two points on the horizon line. Uses two vanishing points

Where a piece of art is made to look like a certain texture
Tint
Adding white to color paint to create lighter values such as light blue or pink

Adding black to paint to create dark values such as dark blue or dark red

Originally a literacy movement, it explored dreams, the unconscious, the element of chance and multiple levels of reality
