War of Austrian Succession

A war between Austria, Prussia and France while Maria Theresa was on the throne. Prussia wanted more land and tried to take advantage of a woman on the throne. In the end all of the land was given back except for Silesia. This made Maria mad and this then lead to the 7 years war.

Between Great Britain and France, Great Britain wanted Frances land on North America (the diplomatic revolution), Britain ended up with a lot of Frances land (Canada and the land east of the Mississippi river), This leads to the American Revolution.
