1. bachelor's degree with a major in food and nutrition
2.complete an accreditation council for education in nutrition and dietetics program (ACEND)

-must be part of UA's Didactic program in dietetics (DPD) in order to apply

-usually one year in length that would begin in the fall or spring after graduation
