Risk Management

The process of minimizing the chance, degree, or probability of damage, loss or injury.

Vicarious Experience

A shared experience by imagined participation in another's experience.

A phrase given to the effort and physical training designed to prepare an individual to better perform the physical tasks that are expected of the individual. Work harding is key in preventing injuries from typical firefighting tasks.
