3. Red

Glass - Chemistry, Serology, Immunology, Blood Bank - Routine blood donor screening, diagnostic testing for ID - 60 mns to clot.
Plastic - Clot Activator - Chemistry, Serology, Immunology, Blood Bank - Routine blood donor screening, diagnostic testing for

4. Gold, Tiger Top, Red/Yellow/Black

Chemistry - SST (Serum Separator Tube) - Serum specimens for diagnostic testing for ID, routine testing - Inver 6-8 times - 30 mns to clot.

5. Green, Light Green, Green/Gray

Chemistry - NaH or LiH - Used for STAT chemistry order - plasma testing in chemistry - invert 6-8 times.
Chemistry - PST (Plasma Separator Tube) - gel for centrifuge separation - Invert 6-8 times.

6. Purple/Lavender

Hematology - EDTA - Whole blood determination - Plasma determination - Invert 6-8 times - Full Draw Recommended - CBC, RBC, WBC, PLT are some tests.

7. Pink

Blood Bank - EDTA - Whole blood Determination - Plasma - Invert 6-8 times.

8. Gray

Chemistry - NaF/K Oxalate - Glucose Determination - Plasma - Inver 6-8 times.

9. Royal Blue
