Required men to register with the government in order to randomly be selected for military service. 24 million registered which meant that the US will be losing a lot of the men who are working in factories and field so the women and now going to be doing

World peace. A creation of and international organization to address the diplomatic crises like those that had sparked the war. French and British because they wanted revenge on Germany. The allies reject Wilson's plan. (399)

Provided a forum for nations to discuss and settle their grievances without war. The US felt that it threatened US isolationism and the constitutional right if Congress to declare war and they would be dragged into European affairs. (391)

Forced Germany to admit sole responsibility for starting WWI. They had to pay money for the war in which there was no way Germany can pay for it. (400) couldn't have military, just a small army.
