1. Cardiac Arrest: VF, VT (pulseless), asystole, and PEA (EMD)2. Anaphylactic Shock

1. protect medication from light2. can be deactivated by alkaline solutions3. when given to patients taking Beta blockers can cause severe hypertension and reflex bradycardia
