Cisplatin--Pre-MedIV Hydration to maintain UOP @ 75-100 ml/hr1. NS @ 250 ml/hr for 2-4 hrs before and after each (single and large) dose of cisplatin to maintain UOP @ 75-100 ml/hr for several hrs before and after (up to 24 hrs after)each cisplatin dose2. NS @ 50-100 ml/hr to maintain UOP @ 75-100 ml/hr during continuous infusion of cisplatin and up to 24 hrs after infusion ?
