The healthiness of meat VS salad
MEAT

Meat is very healthy for the human body which provides protein. Meat
also provides high levels of iron and vitamin B-12. Meat can also be
bad if you eat to much from the fat and calories.

SALAD

Salads are a good source of insoluble fibers which help the digestive
system. You need this to keep a good blood pressure and good
cholesterol. Eating to much salad is bad for you and can make you gain weight.

BALANCED DIET

You should keep a healthy diet if you want to lose weight and stay
fit. this would have both meat and salads/fruits. Having all of this
in your diet will keep you healthy and fit.

CONCLUSION

I think that eating meat is healthy but also has its down falls just
like salad, if you eat to much of either it will be unhealthy. So this
is why you need to maintain a healthy diet.
