If no meds available utilize transcutaneous pacing to increase HR (60 bpm).

Try vagal maneuvers (hold breath/ carotid massage/ wash with cold water)
Adenosine 6 mg, then 12 mg, then 12 mg
Non Symptomatic SVT/ Tach
Stable Vtach
Adenosine 6 mg, 12 mg, 12 mg. (MAX = 30 mg)
If that doesn't work...
Amiodarone 150 mg over 10 min
Unstable Vtach
CARDIOVERT 150k
VFib
